Are you a seasoned empath, psychic, intuitive guide or someone with strong connections in the advisor community? A motivated and resourceful self-starter who’s ready to take on the exciting challenge of recruiting advisors for a new platform? 

We are looking for a professional with several years of experience in the psychic advice industry to help us build our network of high-quality advisors in preparation for the upcoming launch of our new life guidance app, Everclear. Led by industry vets, our team’s mission is to elevate the psychic advice space with a premium app that matches those seeking guidance with the best empaths, psychics or other types of advisors based on their individual needs. 

As an Advisor Recruiter, you will be charged with sourcing potential advisor candidates via your own network, as well as through proactive outreach via online and offline channels. Additionally, depending on your background, you may also have the opportunity to consult on other related projects, such as: 

  • Helping to promote and evangelize Everclear as our spokesperson
  • Contributing to the development of advisor training modules
  • Helping to recruit and/or manage advisor evaluators 

Scope of Contract: Up to 40 hours/week

Qualifications: 

  • Deep domain knowledge with several years of experience offering paid readings via phone, chat or video sessions, or working in a management or other relevant role within the industry 
  • Has a strong online presence (content, followers, etc.) and brings an expansive network of contacts in the empath/psychic/intuitive guide community
  • Knows where to look for quality advisors (beyond the obvious channels), and can quickly identify who would be a good fit for Everclear based on our strict guidelines
  • Ready to roll up your sleeves and get scrappy mining potential advisor leads offline and online
  • Highly-effective communicator
  • A good judge of character
  • Tech-savvy; must have reliable Internet access and be comfortable working with online tools
  • Nice to have, but not required: Previous experience working as a recruiter
